For families utilizing Medicaid and FL KidCare insurance plans, your referral must come from your child's primary care doctor. 

After we verify your insurance coverage, we go over your insurance benefits, such as deductibles and copays. We verify benefits as a courtesy to our patients. The schedule of benefits is subject to all provisions of the plan. Please remember that the information we get from the carrier is only an estimate.
